The property is dating back from 16th century and offer a pure southern feeling as soon as you step in. Surrounded by olive and fruit trees, it provides a private pool enclosed by high walls for a maximum privacy.
The nearest sandy beach is just at 5 km away, on the southern side of Gallipoli, one of the most fascinating areas of Puglia, whilst all main services are at the local village of Alezio, just 1 km from the villa.
The masseria Capani is a mix of ancient and rustic décor with spacious living areas and airy bedrooms. This private retreat is ideal for a memorable vacation in sunny Puglia.

Interior
The main door gives access to a very big room with a sitting area with sofas and armchairs, plus a dining area for 10-12 seats. On the two sides, there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 twins ( or double bedrooms). Two doubles have their own bathroom (“en suite”), one twin/double also comes with its own bathroom whilst one double and one twin share one bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is located behind the central living room, just over and hallway and it has direct access to the external pergola. It features a gas stove and oven, dishwasher and all main cutleries and saucepans to cook at the residence. Furthermore, a functionally BBQ is available for preparing tasty grilled fresh fish from the daily Gallipoli market.
All rooms have air conditioning and internet wi-fi.
Exterior
A large and beautiful garden surrounds the property, fenced with dry stone walls, extensive lawns, corners with vineyards, fruit trees and a beautiful swimming pool (4 mt x 15 mt).
An amazing pergola is the ideal place to dine “al fresco” just outside the house, close to the kitchen and with the view of the pool.

The property is located at 1 km away from the main services as restaurants, cafès, bars, market of the area at Alezio, one village of the outskirt of Gallipoli.
A short drive will lead to amazing sandy beaches on the southern side of Gallipoli, whilst the famous and beautiful historic town of Gallipoli is at just 5 km away from the masseria.
