- How do I make a reservation of an holiday house?
You can either send us an e-mail or click "BOOK NOW" and follow the instruction. We will send you a contract to sign in and send back together with a proof of the payment of the deposit.
- Is it possible to make a payment by credit card?
Yes, you can use your credit card and pay through PayPal. We will send you an email with the details to make the payment and the simple instructions you need to follow to proceed. It 's simple, convenient and fast. For credit cards payments there is service charge of 2% of the amount paid by card.
- Is it possible to withdraw from the lease contract?
Of course yes. However, if you decide to cancel the booking more than the 30th day prior to your arrival, you will lose the booking deposit.
- Is the rental price inclusive of agency fees?
All rental prices include sales commissions. It will be our pleasure to send you a detailed email were any extra costs would be clearly mentioned before the time of booking, like in a few cases were the utilities are paid extra (cleaning, electricity, water and gas). Even in the contract shall be referred to anything extra not included in your stay.
- On which days is usually possible to do the check in? And at what time?
Normally arrivals and departures are scheduled on Saturday, with check-in after 16 hours and check-out until 10:30, allowing the stuff to clean and set their homes ready for the arrival of other guests. However, in low season or in the absence of takeover of other guests in the same house, you can change hours and days of arrival and departure.
- Does your agency offer other services we could be interested in apart from the rentals?
Our agency deals mainly with booking holiday homes. However, we are available to our customers for support, advice and suggestions. In particular we can put you in touch with some of our partners that offer tourist services such as rental cars, airport transfers, cooking classes, wine and oil tasting, diving courses, etc... If interested you need should enquire about the extra services at time of booking, especially if your visit is during then high season and to give us the chance to offer you different possibilities.
