The present rules will be applied to the booking process and to the use of the properties offered by Puglia Portfolio Real Esate Agency for short periods of vacation.
Puglia Portfolio Real Estate Agency is acting both as property mediation agency and as representative of the owners.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Using the bottom “BOOK NOW”, clients can get a quote for the period required and, afterwards, click on “REVIEW BOOKING”. The property will be “optioned” for 48 hours whilst our team will send an e-mail with the rental contract to be signed. Since clients receive our e-mail, they have a further 48 hours to proceed with the signing of the contract together with the payments of the booking deposit. It is also possible to pay by credit card (via Pay Pal).
It is very important to know that the balance of the rental fees are due 45 days prior to the arrival.
In the absence of such payment, the contract will be rescinded and the deposit will be forfeit.
In case of bookings confirmed less than 45 days prior to the arrival, the total sum of the rental fees will be due in adavance.
CANCELLATIONS
If the Client desires to cancel the reservation, he/she must immediately send a notification in written form (either via e-mail or fax) to PugliaPortfolio.
In the cases listed below, Puglia Portfolio will charge the present forfeits:
- In case of cancellation less than 90 days before arrival, a 35% forfeit of the deposit will be charged;
- In case of cancellation between 90 and 60 days before arrival, a 50% forfeit of the deposit will be charged;
- In case of cancellation between the 60 and 45 days before arrival, the total amount paid as deposit will be charged;
- In case of cancellation less than 45 days before the arrival, a 100% forfeit of the total amount will be charged.
However, should the Client be forced to cancel the vacation, PugliaPortfolio will be happy to change the reservation period to a more suitable one, upon previous agreement with the owners.
In the same way, PugliaPortfolio will consider the possibility of transferring the reservation contract to a third party after receiving consent from the owners.
Free cancellation in case of force majeure (restrictions to travel due to the Covid-19 emergency). In this case the amount paid will be totally refunded.
PRICE
All prices are showed in Euro and will have to be paid by the client in said currency. Payments via bank transfer must be done net of the bank transfer fees. All added expenses will be charged to the client in the final bill.
The rental costs are displayed in the folder of each property; all costs not included in said list must be paid at the time of arrival/departure.
DEPOSIT
A safety deposit is due for every accommodation and will be communicated by PugliaPortfolio via e-mail to the Client.
The deposit is completely refundable and must be paid either at the moment of the confirmatory deposit or in cash at the time of arrival.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
The delivery of the keys to the property will take place between 4.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. Any variation to the arrival time must be previously communicated to PugliaPortfolio.
Before the Client departs, a general check-up of the accommodation will be carried out and the safety deposit previously paid will be returned to the client.
