The Casa Juli is enclosed by other houses but keeps its own privacy and it is only at 2 km away from the coast.

Interior

The house has a main old construction with star vaulted ceilings which houses an entrance hall (with a mezzanine hosting an extra single bed), a spacious dining area, an unconventional bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen, with masonry sink and cupboards. The second areas offers  two bright double bedrooms, both with “en suite” bathrooms, air conditioning, windows facing the pool, wooden ceilings and TV, ample wardrobes. 

Exterior

The property has a cozy and welcoming entrance garden with a Banana tree and other flowers. The central patio is gently arranged with local bushes and a pomegranate tree, an external shower and a fantastic pool (22x10 feets) and a covered patio with dining area.

At a walking distance is possible to find all necessary shops (restaurants, tobacconist, newsagents, farmacy, bars). Andrano also offers a majestic castle with surrounding gardens, whilst the coast line is at only 1,2 miles away.
